If you would like to get involved in planning and developing new and improved events, please get in touch with Lori at LoriAllen@DoorHabitat.org.
No matter your expertise, we can maximize your talents to make a difference in Door County and affordable housing.
Do you have project management or purchasing experience? Help us plan and manage our build season.
Do you want to work on construction or repair projects with a more irregular (and flexible schedule? Help us touch a large number of families in need with Home Repair. These projects vary in scope and timing. We need a larger crew to drive this important service.
Do you have process and efficiency experience? Help us improve processes, facility effectiveness, and problem-solving.
Do you like to shop? Use your retail eye to improve our ReStore operations.
Do you enjoy social media? Help us drive community awareness with regular social posts.
Do you have marketing or IT expertise? Be creative with our website updates or newsletters.

Artists Support Door County Habitat
Ardus DuBois is a self taught artist as is her daughter, Sherry. They share the shop that is filled to the brim with their many original pieces re-purposed or upcycled for a second life. I asked Sherry where they discover the raw materials for their artistry and she answered simply “everywhere including the Habitat ReStore.”
